Mrs. Mosley has spent a lifetime with the Carden curriculum. Her mother, the beloved Mrs. Floyd, taught Pre-K II at Highlander School for more than 25 years. In addition to personally studying the Carden curriculum from kindergarten through 6th grade, Mrs. Mosley has watched her daughter reap the benefits of the Carden Method. Her teaching career spans early childhood through high school and includes the Carden Method at Highlander School. She received a B.A. from Baylor University where she studied English and received certification from the School of Education. 

Mrs. Mosley encourages the God-given strengths of each student, while establishing a strong foundation of skills (study, interpersonal and life) in each of them. She appreciates the way the HCS curriculum simultaneously meets students where they are, while maintaining high expectations and drawing out their full potential. She has a passion for reading and loves igniting that passion in others. When not teaching, she enjoys traveling with her daughter and husband, Matt.
