Apply to Highlands Christian School

Application Process:
We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. Please begin your application process here. 

1. Submit Family Application
If you are a new family applying to Highlands Christian School, please begin by filling out a family application. This only needs to be completed once per family unit. This information will be applied to every child's record, so that we have it in case of emergency. Please list every child who will be applying. The family application will be processed once the $150 application fee has been paid.

2. Submit Student Applications
When the family application is complete and the fee paid, our team will follow up by emailing individual student application links for each prospective student to the primary parent contact (as indicated on the family application). 

3. Student Evaluation and Family Interview
Once the student application has been submitted, a member of our team will email the primary parent contact to schedule a time for a student evaluation and family interview. Student evaluations are conducted on campus by HCS teachers and are used to assess your child's academic and social aptitude for admittance into Highlands Christian School. 

While each prospective student is being evaluated (approximately 20-30 minutes), his or her parents will sit for a brief family interview with our principal, Mrs. Bailey. Both parents are required to attend. This is a great time for us to get to know your family and for you to ask any questions you may have about HCS. 

4. Shadowing Day
Once the student application has been submitted, a member of our team will email the primary parent contact to schedule a day for student shadowing. Your child will spend a morning at school, amongst his or her HCS peers.

5. Admissions Decisions Emailed
All admissions decisions will be emailed to the primary parent contacts. 

6. Tuition Agreement
For each student accepted to HCS, we will send a tuition agreement via DocuSign to the primary parent contact and begin collecting any necessary student records.
