D'Ana Dawson
Mrs. Dawson is passionate about investing in the lives of youth. For her, teaching is not only the academic training of minds, but equally — if not more importantly — guiding the personal growth of each student. Having watched all three of her own children learn and develop using the Carden Method curriculum, Mrs. Dawson is confident that it is a superior way of learning. She believes that it is vital that we teach life skills and Biblical principles, in order to strengthen our children morally and spiritually. “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” -Proverbs 22:6
Mrs. Dawson brings 20 years of teaching experience to HCS, having most recently taught at Highlander School for five years. She is a Dallas native, and a Baylor University alumna. She currently enjoys having her grandchildren at HCS, and spending time with her husband and family.
